Dear Friend, Do you know about breast cancer or BCAM?
This article is about the campaign. For the protein, see BCAM.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM), also referred to in America as National Breast CancerAwareness Month (NBCAM), is an annual international health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities every October to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure. The campaign also offers information and support to those affected by breast cancer.
Breast cancer awareness month is a yearly campaign that intend educate people about the importance of early screening, test and more. This campaign starts on October 1 and ends on October 31 every year.
From campaigning to help women get access to the breast cancer drugs they need, to sharing information women need to know about checking their breasts, your support will help to reach the day when breast cancer has claimed its last life.
More of us are being diagnosed with breast cancer than ever before and the disease is still devastating lives on a heart-breaking scale. We can’t live with that, and we’re pretty sure you can’t either.
So every Breast Cancer Awareness Month we need your help, more than ever, to take action against breast cancer and create a future where everyone who develops the disease can live – and live well.
This is an extremely meaningful campaign. Dear friends, please transfer the "color me pink" pink colors to everyone through the information, through words or pictures and this will be a sincere little suggestion to you.
